These are custom ear molds. When you purchasing these for the first time, and your ear mold impressions are not on file with us, a kit will be mailed to you for impressions to be made; please call our office prior to purchasing (386) 760-7110.  A Speedcom representative will send you a kit that will enable you to make impressions of your ears.  The impressions will then be sent back to Speedcom where the impressions are molded into custom ear molds specifically designed to fit your ears perfectly.
